| I just had this idea.
With the staff openings, and people signing up, I think staff should pick about 6-10 users from all the submissions and make a poll where users can vote on who they want for staff.
There may be a user that meets the standards, but the majority don't like them, or vice versa.
If there are multiple openings, make multiple polls. If the same user gets voted highest in all the threads, pick them, the second highest, third, fourth, etc.

The most popular member always gets picked rather than the most mature.
