| Ya know what's weird about knife laws? You need a permit to own an automatic knife (ones where you press a button and the blade pops out) but you don't need one for other knives, even daggers! Isn't that weird? |

Exactly. Plus, you can open a knife with your thumb at the same speed you could press that button.
