| Ok i will make a brand new one right now...not sure of the outcomes Here is the Tutorial!..I got it under spoiler because it is pretty long
| Spoiler: | | | We start out with a 420x150 canvas, and our render.
Now, take your render and paste it all over the white background. Try to exclude any part of the render that is not of the same dominant color scheme.

Now, go to Filters > Noise > Pick and choose these settings:

You should get something like this:

Now we begin to really build the background! Duplicate this layer, and go to Filters > Artistic > Gimpressionist. Choose the Furry preset, click Apply, and then click OK. You should get something like this:

Now, Duplicate this layer, and go to Filters > Distorts > Iwarp. Play around with the swirl and move tools with these settings:
You should get something like this:
Duplicate this layer, and then go to Filters > Edge-Detect > Edge. Run it at these settings:

you should get this:

Now, remember that Pick layer that we have at the bottom? Duplicate it, and bring the duplicated layer to the top. The go to Filters > Artistic > Gimpressionist and choose Painted Rock. Run the filter to get this:
Now, duplicate the bottom Pick layer again, and bring the duplicated layer to the top again. Go to Filters > Artistic > Gimpressionist and choose Cubism, and just click ok. After that filter is done, go back to Filters > Artistic > Gimpressionist, and choose Dotify. You don’t duplicate the previous layer just dotify the same layer. Click Ok to get this:

Now, duplicate the bottom Pick layer again, and bring the duplicated layer to the top again. (Yes, I know it's getting old. ) Go to Filters > Blur > Motion Blur. Choose Linear at these settings:
You should get this:

You must know by now what I want you do. Duplicate the bottom Pick layer again, and bring the duplicated layer to the top again. There should be 7 layers in total.
It's now time to begin to pull everything together for the background. Follow directions closely for the settings on the layers: (moving up from the bottom)
Bottom Pick layer: Normal; 100% opacity First Gimpressionist layer (Furry): Normal; 100% opacity Iwarp layer: Screen; 100% opacity Edge-Detect layer: Overlay; 100% opacity Second Gimpressionist layer (Painted Rock): Screen; 100% Cubism + Dotify layer: Overlay; 100% opacity Motion Blurred layer: Multiply; 100% opacity (move to top) Top Pick layer: Hard Light; 100% opacity (move below motion blurred layer; 2nd layer)
Now, run a Motion Blur on the Iwarp layer (3rd layer) using the same settings that you used before. Then, move the top Pick layer down once so it is second from the top. Your background should look like this:

Pretty sweet, eh? Now, we just need to add the render, go to File > Open as Layer and select your render. Duplicate that layer, and go to Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Leave all the settings alone, and just click okay. Now, set that layer to Screen at 50% opacity, and go to Layers > Merge Down.
Now, duplicate the render layer, and select the lower one. Go to Layers > Transparency > Alpha to Selection. This will select your render. Go to Select > Feather and set it to 50. Now go to Select > Invert. Then go to Edit > Cut. This should feather your render.
Now let's focus on the top render layer. Go to Layers > Transparency > Alpha to Selection. This will select your render. Go to Select > Feather and set it to 50. Now go to Select > Invert.
Now, go to Filters > Noise> Spread. Adjust your settings to match the ones shown below:
Now, your render should still be selected. If it is not, go to Alpha to Selection, Feather at 50, and Invert again. Open up the Motion Blur Filter again, and use the settings that you have used before: Length = 15, Angle = 307 Set the top render layer to Hard Light at 100% opacity. Set the lower render layer to Normal at 90% opacity. Add a simple border: New layer, Select>Select All, Edit> Stroke Selection set to 4. Than just apply your desired text and Voila! You are finished!
