Users Own Rank?

How could a user possibly get there own rank. As is, It says "The Master Of Ghosts" And has The ghost sheet under it or something like that. How can we get it?

Once you become a VIP your aloud to change your rank.

Yes, Goob has confirmed this. I'm pretty sure you can only change it once though. (Not exactly sure though.)
