I seriously have NO idea where to post this, we need a computer section. But, whatever.

I'm seriously in need of a new video card, and I'm trying to keep it cheap, $30-$40. Cooling isn't a problem, I have a fan to use if I need it. I just need to get something that can run Pixel Shader 2 or 3. Thanks for the help!

If it matters, my current RAM is 767MB, if a card takes up some RAM, I'd like to keep at least 512MB. If there are any specs I need to know and take into consideration, please tell me.
